We have been able to pass every audit that has been thrown at us because of the time tracking with groundcloud which in return keeps us all employed. It’s so easy to provide FedEx with our records that are kept within the software.

Pros

This software is so easy to use even for beginners groundcloud has helped to make them successful from their very first day delivering packages. It keeps us in compliance with every aspect of our business.

Cons

There are some things that could be better with the software but in my opinion groundcloud is working everyday to make changes and updates to the software that’s keeps them one step ahead of their competitors.

Pros

I like the fact that I can put a brand new driver into any route and groundcloud is there to support them in their daily activity. It's quick and easy to use, and almost foolproof.

Cons

Groundcloud is ever evolving, so this is a difficult one to answer. I wish the android version was more up to speed I guess.

We use this program and depend on it to manage our fleet, and perform our daily route deliveries. Groundcloud is accurate and easily accessible.

Pros

We use Groundcloud daily for our business. The drivers use it to plan their routes, and navigate through the day. Back office uses the the fleet map feature to get up to the minute information on where each truck is and how many packages have been delivered per driver.

Cons

When monitoring cameras, there is about a 30-40 second delay in real time.

Pros

I love the ease of use either on desktop or mobile. I can easily access my trucks and drivers info and even assign training. Very user friendly and the customer service it's great.

Cons

Sometimes the notification system can be faulted and I don't get it right away. But aside from that it works mint.

I enjoy the overall functionality of the product both on the fleet manager side and as a driver. Makes the job 10x easier!

Cons

If I had to nitpick, I’d say prior to a few weeks ago when putting a vehicle out of service it was limited options on the “reasons”. However, that has since been corrected!

The ability to see where every stop is at, is our favorite feature, and the ability to manipulate the delivery sequence on the fly is 1b.

Cons

There’s not much I don’t like about the software. There are a few features I’ve recommended that would make it even better!

GroundCloud has completely changed the way that I do business. Driver training is easier. I can get them on the road quicker making money. Driver retention is much hire. My overall experience in using GroundCloud is beyond 5 stars. The only way that I can describe GroundCloud is this by using this example: Your whole life you are used to Buying and then eating a steak purchased at Wal-mart. Then all of the sudden you are introduced to "Wagu Beef". And you discover that for the same price, or really close to it, you can now have Wagu!

Pros

Change your stop order on the fly with click and drag or customize your delivery zones. Create notes and make address corrections for stops and GroundCloud REMEMBERS! Only do it once and it's in there forever so each time that address comes up it's automatically corrected and the notes are there. Keep track of your fleet with live tracking. Keep track of vehicle maintenance and mileage. Daily safety messages. The list quite honestly goes on and on and on and on.......

I love the customer support team. They are always helpful. I never get off the phone with out my questioned answered.

Cons

That’s hard. I like everything. The only slightly negative I can give this team is I really liked the performance metrics that were free but now cost a lot. I wish they could have offered a pro-lite version that keep the performance metrics but didn’t have the payroll feature so that I could have kept that feature.

We honestly could not imagine running our routes/business without GroundCloud. We hear stories from other contractors about the "Good 'ole days" and cringe every time we think about using anything other than GC.

Pros

Route Planning is a breeze with GC. Whether you want to route each individual stop or let GC route it the most optimal way- GC does both effortlessly. Adding new drivers and getting them up to speed is very easy thanks to a top-notch app and user interface that is intuitive and user-friendly.

Cons

Drivers using the turn-by-turn mapping feature have to remember to remap the stop if they want to break route to deliver a different stop; otherwise, the mapping feature will still be taking them to the originally routed stop.

With Ground Cloud I have learned each route on my companys team and with that overall knowledge , i put my self in a position to be able to cover vacations ,call offs , heavy work days, bid on alternate routes , cover routes for overtime availability with minimal struggle .

Pros

With this software , I can jump on any route and be confident by days end I will have completed my stops with minimal code outs or return packages .
From codes to delivery location request . Customer information , phone numbers and per stop delivery information , That isn’t always on the package .
Additionally , multi screen display function helps with routing process , to minimize ping pong routing and back tracking .

Cons

Would like more features such as code and such from the manifest screen.

Occasionally multiple stops at 1 location will only show as one stop. Causing me to have to go back
