Then state they have a no refund policy. Asked for the account to be cancelled which they did not and then billed us again the following year. Again they will site the no refund policy. It is impossible to speak with a live person as they don't have phone numbers to call. You cannot cancel online so they make you schedule a zoom meeting to do so.
