Sage, and the entire team, at exercise.com have been tremendously helpful with the onboarding and migration from my current platform. What could be a total mess, has been super smooth and seamless. I could not be happier with my conversion from my previous provider to this platform. Great job team!

Sage has been very helpful during the migration process. It's scary to switch your software but the whole Exercise.com team really steps in and walks you through every step. I can't imagine switching to anything else. We are very excited to get our facility up and running with this all-in-one software!
Pros
Most excited to have full customization of the platform for our business as well as a fully custom app. Migration team and onboarding team has been very attentive. Very robust and easy to use software so far. Love how modern it is and doesn't look like Windows 99.
Cons
We are still in migration process. So far I don't have any cons.
I feel that the team is very responsive so if there was an issue they would be able to assist or adapt to fit our needs.

Very disappointed after everything they promised. They made a hard push to get us to leave reviews before we were really using the software. It's the only explanation I can think of why they have such positive reviews. They sent me emails saying they were having a "contest" to see which rep can get the most positive reviews. I think they time this at a specific point in the relationship and leverage your relationship with your rep. It's smart, but sneaky.

My rep is nice and I think she has put forth a good effort.
They created a decent app for us, but the usage is limited
Cons
The software is VERY clunky and not at all intuitive. It's very hard to find features that are hidden behind others. Overall it is very limited and unless you fit their specific structure and design it is inflexible. Titles and names of things have to remain what they have deemed. For example, everything must be labeled a "package" even if it's a single service. Employees must be "trainers" since you can't change titles.
The company promised us a solution that didn't exist. I feel like it was a bait and switch.
After months of using the software I still struggle to find certain features because they are in such an odd place.
The "reports" are unreliable and inaccurate. If I run different reports for the same thing I get different numbers. There are no charts or graphs to view the data.

Coming from the nightmare that I was previously working with; I'd have to say that Exercise.com has been a blessing.
Pros
I loved the staff! Abbie and Sage were absolute lifesavers. They worked with me very closely throughout the entire migration process. They answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail. They also provided tips on how to get the most out of the platform. I can't say enough good things about these ladies.
Cons
There isn't anything that I didn't like about Exercise.com.

Pros
I value that we are assigned a success manager that walks us through the building process. Even though my manager, Abbie has been vacationing (as have I), she has still gone above and beyond sending videos explaining various tasks. She's also VERY personable and our video calls feel like friends chatting. It's been a fun process so far.
Cons
It was difficult getting out branding set up how we liked, but I appreciated the unlimited mock ups until our company was satisfied in our look.

It can do much more for me than other softwares I have used in the past including added revenue streams. I feel they didn’t set my expectations very well in the beginning as to the learning curve. They assumed I could figure it out but too many parts to get it quick. The on boarding was way to brief and I felt they were too busy for me.
Pros
The software is very intuitive, does many tasks, and fits my business well.
Cons
Because it is so robust, it takes awhile to learn and understand all the features to use them to their full potential.

So far, it has been amazing. While I am still fairly new to the system, I engage with it frequently and am constantly learning of all of the integrated features. The customer support team at Exercise.com has also been exceptional in helping me to understand all of the offerings of the platform.
Pros
Integration with our complex business model. The platform offers solutions for everything that we need (payment processing, programming, scheduling, assessments, video uploads, etc). I was pleasantly surprised to learn that we can have an all-in-one solution through exercise.com, especially after speaking to other companies that were not able to meet our requests.
Cons
As previously stated, our business model is a bit complex from a scheduling standpoint. We are currently working through this challenge, and while a solution has not yet been reached, I am confident that the team at exercise.com will come up with one!

We were looking for a software that not only allowed us to manage the training side of things but also the business part and exercise.com, even though not the cheapest, turned out to be the best fit for our needs. But it is worth every cent as it is utterly comfortable to have all your business in one software. Furthermore, the onboarding and the customer support, in our case mainly done by [SENSITIVE CONTENT] , was fantastic, she answered all the questions we had and instructed us on how to use the software properly. Overall we are very happy to have picked exercise.com as a software solution for our business.

I'm new to Exercise.com and I had some trouble navigating at first. There is so much you can do with this platform that it can be overwhelming. I put in a request for help with an immediate concern and I was shocked to receive a near immediate response from their support team member [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. She was very helpful and great to talk to. She helped remediate my concerns along with others. Two weeks on exercise.com and so far so good...
Cons
There's some glitches in the program, but they don't result in data loss and the support team is wicked eager to help and remediate any concerns you have. Thanks [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]!

Exercise.com helped get out business up and running and for that we are very grateful for the platform and what it allowed us to do. However, as we evolved as a business and our specific needs became more clear, we felt limited and slowed down by the platform in significant ways. We were still able to function well and carry on our business but after learning of wellness living's platform and the innovations in their software compared to exercise.com, it was very clear that it was in the best interest of the business to transition to the new platform.
Pros
Met a majority of our business needs with client management, booking, staff management, attendance record, billing, etc.
Cons
Not conducive for simple transactions such as storefront guest checkout, product inventory. Web portal felt disconnected and scattered in terms of work flow. Reporting were limited and not as functional. Automation features were limited and problematic. Interface not as clean as wellness living, which made it difficult to train new staff members. Customer support was good but sometimes difficult to get a call with a representative to provide quick solutions.

Mostly good. I wish I could send text notifications or app notifications to all my clients, for example, if an unexpected schedule change or closure popped up.
Pros
This is the first exercise programming software that actually saves me time and allows me to use template options with alternate exercise choices.
Cons
Some of the user functions are not intuitive and there are more steps in certain processes than necessary. I also don’t like the messaging function.

What is there not to like? It has everything that you need to manage and grow your business. They are also always developing the software as well. They grow and adapt as you grow.
Cons
At first, I thought it was incredibly hard to use, but once you go through the onboarding process, you realize how efficient and easy that it is. It can be a little intimidating at first due to all the services they offer, but once you get the hang of it, you realize how powerful it really is for your business.

I LOVE [SENSITVE CONTENT] and she is the reason I stuck around for year two. When I send an email it can take days for someone to respond- this is a huge negative and makes me rethink this platform as my new business has started to grow. Abbie is the one that saves me every time.

the start button needs to be larger as so many clients miss this. There needs to be a timer that doesn't stop when you look ahead to the next exercise. There needs to be a 24/7 help line as I launched a very pricey program once and the site crashed and there was nobody to help me until the next day, which was a huge bummer. There should be a way to swap exercises on the mobile device for clients.

I came to Exercise.com with high expectations, and you've exceeded all of them.
Even more importantly (to me), I have new and old clients saying "wow" almost every single day as they discover the functions and features of the software. It's been challenging, but really fun.
I still have a lot of work to do to get it where I want it to be, but I'm able to provide value to my clients that I never could, before now. I feel very grateful for your patience, responsiveness and help to gradually get my business set up exactly how I want it to be.
