This is a great software for when I am in the office, I can easily obtain pictures with there exact address when I need it to figure out where people are or for other office use. Simple to navigate through and easy to put on specific filters quickly when looking for one thing.

Sometimes the address would be incorrect, but it seems to me that this issue has been cleared up and are working more efficiently.

Super easy to deploy, everyone can use it without much training. Allows us to document all the steps of the project and not have to explain things, rather look at the picture

Documents are a seperate section and not well integrated into the stream of pictures (should allow conversion of document into picture to use like any other picture). No email notification function. Ocasional connectivity problems without internet to pull up accounts. Would love for them to add a timeclock (already have the gps and job information to avoid another app).Checklists with email notifications to other users would be a great addition as well.Hopefully these are in their roadmap.

Stores (most) pictures of projects indefinitely.

Doesn't work well with OS. I set up the project in my car, then I need to take a picture, or I'll need to set it up all over again. Then I click the screen off and put the phone in my pocket to greet the customer, etc. When I pull my phone out to take pictures, I then need to go through the process of selecting an existing project, take pictures here, etc, to begin taking pictures. Then, if I don't save the last picture, when I get to my next stop, the app will be frozen in camera mode for several minutes before I can set up the new project and take pictures.

Customer service and ease of use. Their tech department is great. Not only will they sit on a call with you and walk you through hiccups, they will FaceTime you on a zoom call.

I have nothing negative to say about the company, immigration was easy and my customers love how easy it is to use.

Easy to use app that allows real time data and nearby project locator. Easy to communicate company wide with employees that are any where. Easy to edit photos and creat photo reports to for customers and insurance purposes.

Seems to integrate well with some apps like Sumo Quote for example. Some file viewing is not always user friendly becuase you can rotate the file but not on a page by page basis.

CompanyCam provides real-time, reliable knowledge of your company's daily activities. This is an excellent tool to view job site photos and reports at your fingertips. You can upload to your website, post to social media or send information to your clients. All team members are able to stay on the same page and communicate, monitor progress or in some cases, work together for a resolution.

I work with this software and find no issues.

Being able to share galleries with customers so they can view pictures of their projects is my favorite feature.

Merging photos together is my least favorite because sometimes I lose photos in the process.

CompanyCam is easy to use and instantly collaborate with your team no matter where you are. Also you are to about to access CompanyCam on your computer and mobile devices.

So far, there is nothing that I do not least like about CompanyCam. It's really simple and easy to use.

Good for documenting photos for construction jobs. Easy to upload in the field and use it in the office.

Would not be able to run a complex operation very easily. It would allow great photo documentation but wouldn't be able to use as a complete CRM

How easy it is to use and set up new users

some times a little challenging to get quick answers

the service history is not easily accessible, meaning there is not a clear path of what actions were taken on each customer's profile

Very easy to use. It works with other software like Job Nimbus. Picture quality is good. Ability to comment on photos, make notations on photos.

I wish the report layout was customizable to better suit our needs.

Ease of use and intuitive. This is important with employee turnover. No need to hold lengthy training sessions. Gets information from the field to the office instantly. Great tool.

Can be a challenge when not in cell service or wifi. Several times users have taken pictures and they have not saved. I don't like the fact you have to "save" each picture after taking. I would prefer that to happen automatically. It would be helpful if the app would save the pics on the phone and automatically download them when cell service or wifi was restored.

Ease of getting an accurate roof measurement in a matter of minutes. Besides giving the amount of squares, it also figures rake edges, eaves, valley ridge and hip measurements etc.

Some locations are not always easy to see entire roof and get measurements because of trees and shadows. Also had trouble seeing a few roofs at all, but very few. Sometimes ground views are not available. When looking at overall views from S,N,E,W views, many times it is very difficult to locate exact house because so many in neighborhood look exactly the same.

Saves me from having to remember everything. Just take a picture and all the info is there whenever I need it. I can also look at anything the other users in my company post for reference or follow ups.

I would love to have video capabilities. My only complaint is the app is slow to refresh when trying to add photos or new jobs.

I liked how easy it was to take pictures in the customer file and tag other co-workers.

The software does not allow you to enter customer contact info to easily access it. You must pull up your document with the info first.

I like how quickly photos can be uploaded and how easily they can be shared. We use this every day in the field to communicate with each other.

I don't love how temperamental it can be when trying to get it to communicate with our CRM program. One missing period in an address and it doesn't sync.

I like that we can look at any one of our jobs and see % of completion, also marking up picture and sending them for RFIs.

A great option would be that we could video record events at work and then review them at compoanie meetings. Sometimes a picyure doesn't quite explain what is going on on a job site, you would be able to see more of the action.

It allows multiple users access to pictures and the same project.

Search function is very limited sometimes. I wish there were an option for "contains" or "starts with"

Being able to look up details of projects I forgot or forgot to write down. Being able to search by project name, address etc.

The photos show too small sometimes depending on what size or configuration of monitor I am using. The tagging method is a little awkward.

Keeps a record of project. Ability to do before/after photos to be used in advertisements. Stores photos and info on project in app and not clog up your phone.

Sometimes GPS address can be off so you have to make sure it shows correct address. Pretty easy to use but still a little learning curve (could just be me).

CompanyCam makes it easy for contractors to capture photos of construction projects. You can then create reports from them afterwards.

The layout of the reports could be improved so they are easier to read.
