> **Pros**: This software has allowed our business to grow and fluctuate with the company needs.  Also it enabled our employees  to work from home when needed. Great for asset building trucking companies such as ours.

> **Pros**: The user friendly aspects. The system is as user friendly as it gets. Besides, anything you can't figure out, one simple and quick phone call will get you the answers you are looking for.

> **Cons**: Inaccurate IFTA reporting. The miles are so far off the actual miles driven, we are forced to manually acquire the data. That takes a very long time.

> **Pros**: I think dispatch function is ok. We can enter most of the information we need. Lists, Dispatch, Fleet functions are ok except Accounting.

> **Cons**: The accounting function needs to be improved a lot. Multiple invoices can be marked as "Pay off" on Invoice Payment Entry, but only one at once can be unmarked. Also, if we want to make an adjustment for an invoice, we should remove all the paid items to do that, but as I said, we need to select each one to remove from "Pay off".
One more thing, we can send invoices to customers but in the email that PCS sent, there's no receiver email address stated. When we forward the invoice email that we sent out from PCS to the customer to prove that we sent it out, they always say they didn't receive it, pointing out there's no receiver email address on it.

> **Pros**: I would like to share my feedback on the system interface. As I work in Accounts along with Dispatch, I find the load and payment section very well designed and easy to use.

Additionally, the option to select and update the status of loads is very efficient and helpful for my team in managing operations smoothly.

> **Cons**: Sometimes the system feels a bit slow while loading data, which can affect workflow efficiency.
A few features could be more intuitive, especially for new users.

> Overall, the system is very good. The payment section is well designed, and the fleet section is also working perfectly.
There is a slight delay at times, which may be due to multiple users working simultaneously or large data volume, but overall, the system performance is good and supports our work effectively
