Before this app, I had used multiple excel sheets. I'd loose track of where I left off, update one and not the other...it was just a mess. The free trial is what made me try it and of course I was skeptical. But I QUICKLY subscribed at the end on my trail and havent looked back since.

Its truly hard to come up with something I like least about this product. But to be fair, I dislike the group emailing function (when more then one tenant is included on the email), the formula doesn't populate their names. But that's very minor.

The program allows me to track everything about the property, from tenants, to rents, as well as tracking all of the expenses involved.

I wish I could put in a check number. As a business owner, allowing for a check number would give me more tracking and less dependent upon Quick Books.

I would like to see somewhere that states where the tenant comes fromAt this moment I can only put this in notes Meaning I have to search all clients

I like having the App version to track all Info about my properties, it's inexpensive, works well, reports are accurate and all expenses can be categorized with scanned receipts and ready to go for the accountant at the end of the year.

Changing rent price is difficult and need to set up a new lease for it and then dates overlapping and had trouble last time. Software crashes sometimes and needs restarting. I also use it for Airbnb and every week has different price so I wish it would be possible to not set a rent price and frequency at all.

This product was recommended to me by a friend who manages a single property. I am a novice property manager and I decided to buy annual subscription to manage one unit. So far, I love it. No complaints. Easy to navigate, there are so much sample templates avail to use on this app, there is mobile and desktop options, and customer support gets back to me quickly with solns. I am truly happy with this product

takes 7 days to get my rent money transferred to my acct.

Each item is used in a different way for me. All my devices are linked and I use them for every use for ease and convenience.

The only thing I don't use is the credit check and automatic deposits through this software. We live in a small community with very little to no turnover rate inside of my homes I own and manage.

A little work needs to be done on cap ex reporting, it’s fine but could be improved.

Online payments functionality would be ideal

We started using Landlord Studio about 2 years ago, before that, it was the old-fashioned spreadsheets. We really like the reporting aspects of Landlord Studio - it automates things that used to take me minutes (and sometimes hours) to complete.

Probably not fair to call this the least favorite about Landlord Studio - it’s my least favorite about accounting in general. We have grown over the years and different property managers have different account codes. You need to be very disciplined when coding expenses in order to make sure everything balances correctly. The recurring expense tries to help...but on things such as utilities the amount changes. Overall, easy to use software, just make sure you give some thought to your categories early on!

It keeps all of my properties up to date once you fill in the information it is very simple to operate and I can use it on multiple devices really don’t know how I would do it without this app

This software was what we need for management of our properties , everything is there . We can track the expenses , the earnings , the taxes , that just a few things we can do with it . And is so easy to use .

Really we don’t have any cons about it .

Has all the features I would want. Even more impressive is they have a very engaging development team who are open, responsive and supportive to enhancements if you feel there are improvements that can be made.

Nothing really, have no issues. In early days needed more functionality which has now all caught up and keep improving!

USA bias on some functionality needs U.K. functionality to match the USA

Everyone has a busy life and is time poor. Landlord Studio is an inexpensive tool that is very easy to use, but more importantly, it is extremely quick and accurate. With just a couple of taps on my phone, I can log payments or expenses, or even correspond with tenants immediately.

I haven't encountered any cons yet. Every facet of Landlord Studio I use frequently has performed flawlessly.

Very little to dislike. It’s pleasing on the eye and encourages you to work with it and retain such important information.

It’s easy to use, it stores my leases, drivers license pics, inventory and condition report, stores my receipts and expenses, and keeps me organized and also stores photos of Maintence issues

I like it all. Sometimes it is slow and sluggish.

It's great to be able to easily keep on top of tenant payments, being able to see their payment history and automatically send reminders if they are overdue.

It would be great to be able to automatically pull in my bank feeds to reconcile my transactions.
