User friendly , easy navigation and switching between different corporations

No issue with condo control software and phone app.

Ease of use and useful features that are common in HOA's and/or condos.

We have not had a chance to explore and utilize every feature that Condo Control offers, therefore we do not know if there is something we like least at this time.

Nothing important but can also modified mobile app for instant data records in emergency situations.

Search features, database, usability, different information that can be stored concerning each unit.

Reports - not good at setting up reports for the building.

not sure how it is monitored as we also need to email HR in addition to submitting it via condo control

If you creat 2 shifts by mistake. You dont have an option to delete it.

I like how they update you with events and notices that is in your building area so you are aware for any issues and/or environment changes.

They give notifications from the app and email, even though you opt out for email notifs, some slip through.

As a property manager I find the best part of Condo Control is the satisfaction our customers feel when they realize they are able to access the system, make updates and check on documents/notices 24/7 on the go, at home and anywhere!

I think anything that I "could" consider a con would need to be revisited after I learn more about this robust system.

Integration was slightly less efficient as expected but it all worked out. The App is also well enjoyed by the residents.

Add on functions and costs add up quickly but are ultimately required and enjoyed.

The inability to edit reports

Condo Control is extremely user friendly. Our condo complex uses it to communicate with our tenants and owners. The features we use the most are announcements, service requests, amenity bookings, unit file, make a payment, store, and the library.

Not that I can think of. I am very pleased with everything about Condo Control.

Its ease to find information if submitted.

There was a bug where the writing and the background of the app were both black and i could never read the writing on the postings.

It is easy to use and has many features that help on day to day.

Online payment has to be done with a 3rd party and has an extra fee.

The option language always automatically changed to French.

Some of the comment functions are not user friendly.
