Overall it's been quite nice. It is an incredibly capable platform with lots of room to grow into.

Pros
The simplicity of connecting the API, the tracking tools, and the way that it manages to somehow pull together all the complex features needed into a single package and somehow make it appear that it's less complex than it really is. The capabilities here are astounding, but if the more complex things aren't needed, the system remains simple and straightforward.
Cons
It would be nice to be able to hide the links, tabs, and menus to things that aren't being used and re-add them if we decided to use them later. Also, the social media marketing only covers Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. I'd really like to have a much wider selection.

Pros
Pricewise is the system much cheaper than other Systems - especially if you scale.
You can run more than one domains and the automation functions are good.
Cons
The system is less intuitive than e.g. hubspot. more complicated to setup and use.
Help is only in english and there is no real support structure. Unless a old video guided support. This taks more time to effectively use it. What i really didnt like is, the strong outreach for positive reviews. I think i got 5 messages on that...within the first week.

In our case we needed to communicate with a large email list and found engagebay an affordable way to do that. They have a good set of features to manage campaigns and receive feedback on email sent and opened.
Cons
There are some features that high end services offered but at their price point I felt like we received excellent value.

Pros
I like the platform overall. I went in just expecting an email platform but have gotten so much more out of it. The landing pages and ability to bring in my own coding into their platform has saved lots of time for me. Their customer service is top notch and responsive.
Cons
It's not the BEST platform out there. And it's priced that way. No knock against it at all. The best platforms out there cost a fortune. This is the best bang for your buck you'll get anywhere bar none. If money is no object go someplace else. Pound for pound eEngagebay is the real deal.

Both Brevo and Constant Contact had poor customer service. Their product was too limited and when you really wanted to use features in the product they had a new bundle for you to purchase. They were honest and their sales tactics were offensive.Reasons for Switching to EngageBay CRM

Pros
1. The functionality and flexibility to develop and manage comprehensive marketing campaign management .
2. The ability to create multiple landing pages to support a variety of lead magnets.
3. Very responsive support
Cons
There really is very little not to like abount EngageBay. There is a learning curve which is not difficult but easy to miss some details early on in the set up and development.

Very happy with the product due to it's price point, overall customer support and features. Some things did take getting used to which would be true of any new product, but it is packed with features and functionality a lot of which we haven't even tapped into yet such as a built-in helpdesk suite. At the moment we're just using it for contact management, e-mail marketing, automation and some CRM features.
Pros
It is extremely feature rich, has very few limitations, one of the best customer support responses I've had with chat features to get issues addressed within a short time, accessibility of the team, unlimited tagging which is crucial to our way of doing business. It's an entire suite that one needs to use. We've still not used all the features and I'm looking forward to use and implement what we have access to as a product.
Cons
There is one pesky irritating thing and that is copy/pasting from a document like Word into the e-mail editor that destroys the formatting. To be fair this has been a problem with all of the ones I've used in the past as well.

Its been 2nd month we are using it and already have positive feedback for this app.
Streamlines and automates repetitive tasks are commendable, saving time and effort. Integration with apps is fantastic.
The CRM system addresses all our needs, backed by excellent support from the Engagebay Team.
The platform offers excellent automation for emails, landing pages, and forms, making it a great alternative.
Cons
I find there is a room for Improvement on GUI.
Template and Library is not vast, i guess engagebay can work more on that.

1. It's collaborative working environment is so easy to implement and adapt.
2. We don't have to worry about losing our data anymore as all the data is now stored on the cloud.
3. Their server never gets down so our team works any time of the day they want.
4. According to the price, this is the best CRM with all the relevant features as compared to the other alternatives in the market.

The users might get lost during their initial days of using this due to their vast featuers but their resource modules are so helpful that they helps them to get back on track.

I just accepted the free trial to see what everybody has been talking about it being a great and powerful tool for marketing, and I can attest now that I've seen, that I do agree 100%.
Pros
I like how it aligns most platforms with one another, nearly every other software available doesn't streamline the process of connecting all profiles. Most issues are caused by the time it takes to connect them all (like hoops you're made to jump through just to get to that point), I am always searching for a better "main hub" situation because each one, I've learned in my own experiences, that not one single platform, hub, account management, and otherwise, never do ALL that you need them to be able to do. One may do 15 things that the other doesn't but that one missing those 15 features may have the one feature that you really needed to lighten the load or something. Its always something or 5 things, but for the money EngageBay seems to be true to their word, and have nearly mastered the all-in-one hub
Cons
Cost, make it accessible for everyone, even consider a free option because more times than not, someone will desperately need the features that are restricted usually in free-trials or free plans, and end up buying regardless to satisfy that need.
