Inability to add pictures/ reports to contract worksheet

I am able to seamlessly work multiple jobs in multiple locations! It tracks customer interactions and I’m able to leave a good paper trail. I have even spoke to reps about issues they are helpful to get a quick resolve

No complaints really it is a helpful tool!

It is a usable CRM. I do not have anything else good to say about Acculynx

User interface, the navigation, the dashboard page, the messages, the reports, smart docs, invoicing, estimating, ordering. They all can be simplified and improved in many ways.

Ease of use. Very user friendly. Uploads of photos and documents are much faster than our previous system. I'm a big fan of the watch list feature and also the checklist on the field page.

Sometimes slow uploads but could just be my signal

The ease of how it flows to our needs. Everything is there that you would need to enter all your information. We are still learning more everyday.

Nothing so far I love it. We are still learning more and more as our needs change.

Onboarding team is amazing app is intuitive and better than anything on the market

Payment system and lack of reasonable credit card/ach fees, and to charge the fees directly to the customer without having to alter the invoice

Wish we could upload directly from Scope Technologies. Sometimes you have to re-sink up through QB. Some corks, but getting better

It does everything I need from initial contact to final invoicing, finance, credit or ACH.

Since it does so much, it’s a lot to learn.

The system is very user friendly even for us contractors who are more comfortable using a hammer instead of a computer. We use many of the automation features which makes it very easy to keep our customers informed throughout the project and our sales team up-to-date.

It would be nice to have a few more integrations with other software companies, giving us more options as to where we want to invest our time and money. Also all of the add-ons, and separate features are hard to keep track of. I do think the production tool should be on all acculynx platforms.

It has a good built in document scanner.

Logs me out of the app frequently, documents don’t transfer easily to email.

I like the fact so far that everything is in one place.

A couple aspects about the project step-by-step. Advancement and de terminologies take a little to get used to.

It’s easy and can you it on mobile and at office

Some of the functions for transferring data from phone to the app need improving.

I like how I can see the dashboard of all projects and where in the process they are of being completed. I also like how I am able to see everyone's schedules which makes it easy for communication throughout the day.

I have yet to find something about AccuLynx that I do not enjoy so far.

I like the quote/ estimates in the system and that we can setup QuickBooks through the system and send customers an invoice.

I think that when do doing an estimate one thing that needs to be looked into is when given total square footage. Instead of all materials list what it needs it needs to break it down from the biggest to smallest. So, for example, I have a 55 Gal and a 5 gal. If the total square foot is 110 then automatically it should calculate 2 55 gal drums. But instead, the system puts 2 55 gal drums and then it says I need 22 5 Gal buckets. so, I have to erase the 5-gal ones. Need to change the algorithm to caluate it better.

I like that AccuLynx is relatively easy to use.

Selfishly, I do wish that some of the features/GUI was more tailored towards the roofing industry.

Integration with Eagleview and material ordering templates have made ordering materials so fast and easy. It has cut that time in half, if not better. Uploading and accessing documents is fast and easy. The customization and automation saves time and keeps things from falling through the cracks. The texting function keeps things organized and accessible.

I would like to be able to attach invoices and other pdf's to the payment screen items. I wish the add ons weren't so expensive.

Crashes are annoying and mobile view is kind of a pain vs how nice it is on the tablet
