I like being able to export responses to a spreadsheet which I can customize for the information I want to show. I do have frustrations with the limitation of the application, however. It should be much easier to attach a signature. There should be ways to condense the form so it takes up less space on the page; it is just too difficult to contain a lot of information per page. Even simple questions, like name, take up a huge amount of space.
