Great Company

Pros

I love that all the rolls are in one place and that it is easy to see weekly views when figuring out schedules for each session

Cons

I wish there was a spot to put notes that would stay forever with the person that put them there. Not just the Misc tab.

Also wish we could make it so that 2 different people got emails when customers registered.

We have used Jackrabbit for around 8-10 years. It has made our bookkeeping process much easier. It fits most of our needs and we have not had any issues with the services.

Pros

Ease of use, information retention, provides graphs and charts for comparison.

Cons

I wish I had more authority to create reports, more options to adjust reports. I would like the ability to create reports with specific information that I need, not just prefilled templates.

Class and calendar options. Chat feature is great and people are so friendly.

some scheduling options are limited as well as notes for family accounts.

It's user friendly, and you're able to do it for multi different reasons.

Cons

Still working out the kins with the setup of individual lessons.

Pros

There are tons of reports, and tracking everything you do on each account is easy.

Cons

There are 101 ways to do the same thing. I think the transaction tab can be tricky. I wish you could edit kids' enrollment dates, etc., without having to drop them and start over. I also would like notes from deleted waitlists to be saved instead of having to go in and make a separate note.

Overall experience is good, I wish there were more features around birthday parties, privates lessons, adding mass charges by adding rules- automatically add sibling discounts or multi class discounts.

Needed changes to the system are sometimes hard to come by. I don't always feel like the updates are for things that should have had a priority on being updated.

Jackrabbit overall is user friendly and has a wide variety of features and software it integrates with. They upgrade the software with new features consistently.

Pros

I love that Jackrabbit integrates with most software and manages not just the classes and clients but staff as well.

Cons

They don’t have enough options for the payment processors they will work with for the payment processing.

As well they need to enhance their up sales offering. Example: when registering for a class, before completing the checkout process asking the client if they would like to purchase merchandise as well.

My overall experience has been great. It is easy to use and navigate. They are always updating the system to make it even better. The only updates I do not like are the new dashboard and the new calendar. Other than that, I love it.

Pros

Easy to learn and use! Plus, customer service/help team is very quick and helpful. I’ve never run into an issue that I wasn’t able to have fixed within an hour.

Cons

The new dashboard and the new class calendar. I really like the original and always find myself navigating back to it as things are easier to find and navigate.

Our experience has bee very good. Jackrabbit listens to input from their users and is very good about implementing changes that make running our business easier.

Pros

We like the ease of moving between students and classes while working in family accounts. We love the ability to schedule our autopay payments. We love using the task manager it allows us to easily assign tasks to staff and track when they have been completed.

Cons

The new dashboard layout does not feel as easy to maneuver around. We do not really like the new calendar it is not as user friendly as the original for our uses.

Almost all positive! We use it daily and would only consider switching if iclasspro had great alternatives to the above mentioned problems.

Pros

We love Jackrabbit Class! Our gym wouldn't function without it. My favorite features is how fast and friendly customer service is. I always have a positive experience with customer service.

Cons

The private lesson scheduling system (or lack thereof) and that we can't have a check-out feature for summer camp. We would also like more zapier integrations.

The Online Pre-registration and it seems to be user friendly

Cons

I do not like the way process it takes to create a report. I preferred the old Dashboard to the New Dashboard. The new Dashboard is confusing. I think the way I have to create a report for example a report on Registration Fees, is very complicated. I would like to just Click on a button that says Registration fees paid from such and such a date to such in such a date. Having to query what I need in a report is complicated.

Pros

I like the easy to use layout of Jackrabbit and the ability to automate so many of our regular tasks. JackRabbit presents our calendar and class listings in easy to understand formats and allows for quick registration, account management and payments for our customers.

Cons

There are some areas in JackRabbit that need an update. Such as events.
And sometimes I feel like we have to go through repetitive steps to do one task.

Jackrabbit allows us to keep all the information with in a push of a button. The ability to make spread sheets to manage budgets, billing and enrollments. Everything in one tool

Cons

Hard to make or have trouble making group or grouping for email purposes, can only do it with a class or family.

The software provides most of the features we need to manage our classes, staff, payments. Our experience has been great thus far with the product and the technical support we receive.

Class Management features, payments, website integration, Zapier integration

Cons

Lack of additional mobile friendly options to provide customer with access via mobile devices. Integration options with third party applications (Jackrabbit is increasingly adding more options which is great). It would be great to provide a way to track service requests from customers inside Jackrabitt, requests for make-ups, transfers, cancellations,with email or text integration. We currently manage this type of requests outside Jackrabbit.

I love that the jackrabbit program does everything for you. Setup is a little tedious but so worth it. Once everything is set up, the program basically runs everything for us!

Cons

The setup is a little tedious. There are a few features that don’t exist so you have to find a work around to tailor it to your specific needs.

I think Jackrabbit is easy to understand

Very had to understand reports and sometimes transactions I also dont like the cost as its in US dollors and does not give us the flexability to debit bank accounts
