I am using this software for one of my client from last 4 year. We are using this for payroll management, employee management, expense tracking and Other things etc. This is very good software for expenses management and employee taxation point of view.
Pros
Rippling is best software for payroll management, expenses tracking, employee management.
Cons
There is not so much to dislike it one of the good software. But I faces issue with reports section.

Pros
I am impressed by how easily access multiple applications from within Rippling. The ability to link the programs used daily is a fantastic way to multitask and resolve issues faster without losing quality. With the time saved, we can complete more tasks=higher productivity, and increased revenue, etc..
Cons
So far I have yet to be disappointed! That a hard thing to accomplish

Bad. Once we were about to go live with the UK payroll, I did a double check and non of the...
Bad. Once we were about to go live with the UK payroll, I did a double check and non of the salaries were calculated correctly or suddenly changed when before correct, pensions were incorrect. So we decided last minute to block the payroll run.
I feel this HRIS has so much potential, but as many, built in and for the US and made the step to Europe way to fast.
Pros
Initially I loved that everything was connected in the HRIS which would made it very complete, take away a lot of admin work and it was pretty intuitive to use. It really seemed to be an all-in-one solution.
Cons
The whole onboarding process was an absolute disaster. Bug after bug and for every country a different onboarding manager (sometimes multiple if you also include EoR - contacts changing without being informed). In the end we were communicating with 8 (!!) different people.

Rippling is easy to use for both the administrator and the employee. I love that Rippling is constantly looking for ways to improve their product. There are numerous integrations with other systems to make the administrative work more automated, thus keeping the admin labor costs to a minimum. We switched to Rippling after using Paylocity and we could not be happier that we made this change!

It's been a great experience so far. They send pertinent alerts to your email, never send spam or overload your inbox. Everything on the website is easy to find. It helps me stay aware of pay, benefits, and other HR-related items.
Pros
It's beautifully simple, intuitive, and easy to use. All of my HR needs and curiosities are so easy to find with Rippling. Plus it links to our other HR-type products so it's easy to get to our other software like our company 401k.
Cons
It's pretty solid so far! There isn't a stand out awful feature that I have found yet.

Very positive. I have been in People Ops for over 10 years and Rippling has the most robust out-of-the-box solution I've seen. Optimal for new businesses and those start-ups looking to scale.
Pros
Rippling is always adapting and enhancing their products. They have a full suite of solutions and a support team available to offer guidance. I have been very impressed with their tooling and how their products have scaled with us as our business has grown from 100 employees to over 400.
Cons
Rippling has many integrations; however, most third parties are only one-way, which creates some limitations. Additionally, one vendor that we wish Rippling would build an API with is Sparrow - this has been on the wish list for several years. It appears adding new integrations is not high on Rippling's roadmap at this time. As such, be sure to confirm what integrations are available and if they are 360 or 180 connections, before purchasing so that you have the right expectations going into it.

Pros
Rippling is easy to use and has a great guided implementation which makes onboarding quick. There's still a great deal of customization and automation so it's easy to mold around existing P&P. Support is helpful and quick.
Cons
The pricing is a la carte which is great most of the time, but using the full feature set adds up quickly.

This streamlines what use to be multiple access points for admins and employees and allows for a simple, single platform. Our employees love the access and simplicity and our admins love the ease of use and time it saves.

it would be helpfull to have some sort of GPS tracking at least at time of clocking in and clocking out. Its not necessary thats GPS be ON the entire time an employee is clocked in as that really DRAINS the battery.

Rippling is by far the best HR and benefits management platform that I have seen. My best experience was in getting help about my FSA/HSA questions. The team at Rippling was super helpful in helping me understand and clarify my questions. Apart from that, the overall UI makes it seamless to navigate to the required information.
Pros
Rippling as an HR management and benefits software solution is easy to use and intuitive, and the help support is the best in class. I've used Rippling as an employee and also as a manager, and it is very straightforward as to where to go to look up my benefits, pay statements, and understand the structure or the site. I've also used it as a manager and it is easy to approve time off requests, look at org charts, etc.
Cons
This is not a con per se but being a data professional, I would love to see more analytics provided as an employee that consolidates my pay data into a visual dashboard so I can see my pay, taxes, etc. for different years (and year to date).

It's actually designed in a human way if employees accidentally choose not to take break and didn't explain why. Rippling will launch a pilot test and it will ask the employees if they have taken a break or no. That's very human.
Cons
So far I don't have any problems with Rippling.

Pros
The platform, firstly, is very aesthetically appealing. The paystub illustrations are super cute!
The platform is user-friendly, well designed, easy to understand, well-organized, intuitive.
Color usage is good and conducive to a good user experience.
Everything is laid out well and I always feel like I can find what I need. Plenty of resources to try to troubleshoot any issues or confusions on my own.
Cons
Sometimes updates lag in Rippling. I may still be asked to perform a task in Rippling that I have already done and it will be on my homepage like an eyesore–and even might prevent me from using needed features because the update I made within my Account hasn't taken. Seems like a glitch thing.
For example, I might update my insurance information in my Account, but Rippling might still be saying I haven't and I'll have a task on my homepage telling me to do my insurance stuff.

Having all the information at your fingertips, being able to request vacations and different requests in such a simple way, the integration with other services is very much appreciated, since it is a product that you have to use several times a day.
Cons
Having to do “Clock in” and “Clock out” due to Spanish laws, sometimes I forget and changing it requires the approval of another member of the team. Which is not a problem at all, and it is not Rippling's problem but the Spanish laws, but well, just to mention something...
