With zero coding required, this has been a great addition to our company's success in increasing employee engagement. It is especially helpful that the solution itself contains social features for providing feedback/commenting/etc. The ability to track and analyze employee engagement is far more effective and can be accomplished across multiple locations and time zones.
Cons
Claims to be accessible through multiple devices, however android users have experienced app failure.
