We have at times manipulated certain processes to work within some internal processes with the great support of the Trackplan team. The ability to adapt the system in this way has proved invaluable and I love being able to work on development ideas to really tailor to our particular requirements. > > **Cons**: I think the biggest issues we've ever had with Trackplan is down to the fact that we're not using 100% in the way that it was intended to be used.
