Great for a team

All the features you will ever need for organising and tracking messages and requests
Messages can be marked as unread
Add a notification to a message
Highlight a message

Cons

It is only available for teams and companies, you can't easily use it to just chat with your friends

Great easy chatting if you're already using Slack

Pros

It opens up a chat for you and has automated replies, making your chats very easy. It really works when you have a lot of customers on your website! I love the slack integration.

Cons

It's not always clear to me how to shut down a conversation. Also I couldn't get everything to work as smoothly as I wanted to. Minor things though.

Works great, but unorganized

Wandering customers with questions can be helped this way.

Pros

Great tool that functions well with slack and makes it easy to reply to customers. Also great automated replies.

Cons

Expensive, and the chats aren't very organized. It's hard to find out what the shortcuts are and easy to lose track of chats
