This also allows new candidates to sign employment documents remotely during onboarding. Collage provides a library of best practice question templates to be used during one-on-one performance assessment meetings. Managers can also leave notes within the meeting record for internal use or to share with the employee for feedback. Time off requests can be synced with the company's or personal calendars thanks to integrations with Google, Apple and Outlook calendars. The HR reporting tool allows companies to generate custom reports to compare month on month new hires and terminations, and allows users to export time off requests to reconcile with payroll data. The ATS allows hiring managers to see the number of applicants for a specific role and which of these have been screened, interviewed or hired.
