The Notifications and alerts are essential reminders.The display of tasks and ranking reduces the chances of skipping or forgetting them.

Some important pieces of information need to be added such as precise location information about assets.

Creating, scheduling and tracking work orders. Setting up PM.

So far I like everything Upkeep offers. It is working well for us.

The biggest thing would be communication. Before UpKeep a work order would be put in and no one would know the status of it. With UpKeep we see updates and emails detailing the status of the work order.

The only thing that comes to mind is that you provide training for Administrators and Technicians, it would be nice to have a power point presentation for the view only and Requestors. As an Administrator, UpKeep was my task to own, and I had to present it to the group prior to launch. the problem was the Administrator permissions is different than the view only and Requestors, needless to say my 1st class was a learning experience not only for the view only and Requestors but for me also.

with upkeep you can keep all document files in one central place, I like the ability to allow document uploads, and the application is user friendly

using the application to upload big documents with a lot of photos takes a lot of time the expected

i use upkeep to communicate with the technical team for maintenance and support, I like the ability to send issues as photos and get helped online, upkeep provides a video tutorial for setting up, this is the best for sure

using upkeep requires strong internet connections as poor networks lead to delay in loading documents as soon as possible and it's very hard to learn

the application is easy learn and set up for use in the organization, like its ability to organize once data has been entered in the system. The UI is so friendly

upkeep has a limited level of hierarchy and uploading documents and photos takes a lot of time to finish up this leads to delays in submitting a given documents

UpKeep makes it very easy to track and record inventory. Very user friendly

Great app however I find myself having a lot of errors uploading items from time to time

i like upkeep when handling work orders among team, since i can get all project team inputs to compile general project report , the CMMS feature also makes militance management systems so easy, i also like the user interface. security is another thing which is good since every user is given password for logging

using the application on android phones its very slow and this limits tasks to be accomplished

with upkeep am know my sanitation inventory for products in store, its so simple to use with friendly interface

some times its too slow to hand some tasks and always needs a stable internet connections

for new users may get challenges using the application to make work orders or open them and on android its bit slow to open documents

using upkeep is easy, with work orders I just take a photo for work to be done and I sent it to technicians without moving from one office to another

some times when photos are so much the application is slow in sending them

with upkeep, you can store your data online and it comes as an application which can be used on a smartphone. i like the customer support team which are available 24/7

it takes a lot of uploading documents using upkeep software and it lack category feature were files can be sorted or stored per category

I like the fact that I can use this software effectively and even recommend it to my fellow workers since it has helped me manage my finances

Support team slowly makes me hate the software in that they take long to help up in need of help

As senior research Advisor, upkeep has helped me to keep my research files in one central place by just uploading my documents to drive,its simple to search for files saved. I like the user interface and the request portal/ feature and its ability to be installed on smart phones.

For now i have no issue with the software, its working well for me and i just recommend it to other people to give it trial

with upkeep am able to truck all hotel assets and their status in one location while in office,i like the assets and purchase order feature. The software is so easy to use

sometimes the applications delays to download certain information which may be required so a gently most due to poor internet

It is simple to use and very efficient in keeping track of your assets and work orders. Its task scheduling feature is very useful. Its request and approval features are also very impressive and helped in promoting the efficiency of our maintenance team.

Recurring task cannot be changed once scheduled before the completion time which is not at all a desired feature.

Varied amount of functions to use although more complicated than it needs to be. No over Pros found

Over complicated system and not as user friendly as it could be, found an easier system to use which worked

Information, details, knowing what was done on a machine last time, it means that you don't necessarily have to do the same job twice. If a problem comes back and was misdiagnosed last time you can review what was done and see if you can find where the actual issue is.

Locations, parts, assets, you can put them all into this software and down to the bolt you can provide details on any of them.

The UI needs work, especially when moving parts around or finding assets in a location. Having a naming standard helps a lot. If you know that an item belongs at a specific site, having a clear site name along with what it is makes a difference.
