Absence of automation - a required characteristic for my operation. Also certain agent devices do not support tracking on the agent app.

Navigation of Loginext is comparatively better than the available in market.

Many a times, we have to comeup with expectation to be fulfilled by Loginext, I would say this is Not future ready

The Loginext application is a good application for use in the Logistics industry as a route optimization tool. The optimization engine is quite good, it provides good API integration and a nice dashboard.

The mobile app features need improvement, especially the ioS version, as some features like grouping orders etc. does not exist on the ioS version but available on the android one. The geofence master option can be improved.

The best thing about this software is the scheduling and route planning

The flexibility to add custom API seems a little difficult. Sometimes their development team takes too much time to add small functionalities.

This App is Easy and Self explainable , which means there is No much confusion for Next click as only two options are there either Next or if any Concern . Which is easy to understand at FE level and have Good Feature to Control and Monitor too.

There can be more improvement in KM running and Report Fetching tool. If we need to fetch Route plan after Visit of FE then it should provide detail Map and KM run like UBER where in it is more easy to Validate. Currently if There is NO Net Connectivity in-between the Trip then it shows Straight line of Travel and Approx Km which is Misleading.

As I have majorly worked on LogiNext API side, they are continuously working in that area to expose more and more operations via API. Their customer and technical support is very helpful, respond veru proactively on all questions and queries.

Best part is it can be easily customized and live tracking and monitoring and details route analysis and route planning is some thing best about it.

Exceptionally data is not synced on time same is highlighted to relevant team,customer service must be a division should be available real time to support.

The system is built in a way which matches my requirements exactly.

User Experience can be improved to a better experience.

Most like so many things like auto route planning , dispatching, live and accurate tracking, we are just using for our route planning for beverages products, its totaly valus for money software and moreover easy to use forall.

The USP of this device is its portability

The ON-OFF switch needs to be removed as it tens to be misused by the drivers

The team is very professional and courteous. The software is also user friendly.

It is not yet suited for Small to Medium businesses as it is a little expensive.

I liked real time tracking feature the most in the product as it is something which added a lot of value to my business.

I couldn't find any. I like mostly all the product features. Overall, it is a 10/10 product for me...
