I like the fact that once the initial setup is complete, there is very little time required from me on a day-to-day basis. The color-coded facility grid provides a nice visual for potential customers, and there are so many options prompted during set-up which was helpful for me, a first-time small storage facility owner. The price is fair for the service provided, and this company has a fantastic team of support staff. I have worn them out with questions during the start-up phase (newbie to the industry).

There were a few confusing things during start-up- something regarding photos of our facility versus stock photos showing up on the website... I had not thought to go into an additional template to remove stock photos, and other minor template things I had trouble navigating, but the customer service staff walked me through how to adjust settings.

Easy to use. Many reports to choose from.

Deposit reports off by cents, and very annoywhen doing bank rec.

The customer help is phenomenal! Every question I’ve ever had has been answered. They are patient and walk you through every step of the software. I only have 1 small facility and can’t wait to add east storage software to the next location.

They Monthly fee seems a bit high and cuts into the monthly profit on a small facility

Not having it sooner! Very satisfied. We had two other systems and this is light years ahead.

This is a complete package software and a website. The software once set up takes all the administrative labour away. Invoicing Automated, Payments Automated, Late notices Automated, Late Fees Automated, Gate Codes are Automated, Gate Access Automated. And all transitions are automatically sent to Quick Book. Easy to manage the complete facility from the DASHBOARD which shows Rentals, Occupancy, Awaiting Payment, and Tasks that need to be completed.

How easy it is to input clients, track payments and balances, change settings in the software. It's so easy to navigate and train new employees how to use it. Adding new facilities and studios is fast and efficient. Anytime I have any questions or issues, customer service always resolves our issues.

Sometimes it's a little frustrating about the M-F hours but that's ok. Would love to be able to run revenue reports for all facilities.

What we like most about this product is that it makes managing a Storage Facility from a distance possible. Everything you need is at your fingertips, for both manager and customers. Customers find it easy to access.

Like everything in this world, I wish it was free....cost is worth the peace of mind and it surely makes the process easier.

The ease of use and finding customers in database

Editing new rentals, if I make a mistake I have to move customer out then start over with new rental. I should be able to move Prorating options when renting. We use the 3rd option and my part time help can't seem to remember to use third option on drop down. I wish I could move that option to top of drop down. Because of that it causes problems with prorating when I have to change due date to first of month.

I have been using Easy Storage for almost 7 years now and it has not disappointed. I love the fact that it is online and I access from anyone of our storage locations. And the fact that customers can rent, pay for units, etc. on their own has been very helpful.

I wish there was a way to set up past due timelines for individual customers so that if I do not want to put certain customer in Prelien status after 60 days, the system will not automatically place them in that status.

Product was easy to use from the start. Very intuitive interface. Customer service is friendly.

Have to wait on hold for customer service. Adding new units to the map is clunky.

Customer service needs to be improved. When we use to call for support we could get someone on the phone within a couple minutes.

Easy to use just as the name says. A friend who has storage units referred me. Very happy with the online system. Makes my life much easier.

no real issues with the program. Set up was not complicated but it takes time to get all your customer entries in if migrating from another method. Mine was Excel spreadsheet.
