It's a nice app for taking note and setting remainder for the task. It's robust. Cheaper. All in one kind of app. Must to have.

The application currently lacks some calendar features, such as the ability to block off time for tasks and share calendar links to display availability.

It keeps me organized and on track with its intuitive interface and powerful task management features. I love the ability to create projects, set deadlines, prioritize tasks, and track my progress effortlessly. It's like having a personal assistant for my to-do list.

I love the ease of setting up recurring tasks using plain English, such as "every other workday" or "every first Monday". It also works on every device I own, and it's easy to share projects with collaborators.

No criticisms at all. It meets my needs perfectly.

I like how customizable that interface is, it's nice to change everything the way you want it. I also like how I'm able to connect it with my Google calendar.

I don't like making tasks on the app, it feels a bit too much. For example when I make a task with a date and time, it feels like I'm adding a hashtag instead of a label. I would prefer it being a small label underneath like how it is when you check it in upcoming tasks.

I love the really clean look of the app on all of my devices. It makes organizing and keeping track of Tasks and Projects easy, intuitive, and rewarding. I also love that Todoist is so easy to integrate with other software. I have it integrated with Google Calendar, Drafts, and Obsidian. Todoist has made my digital life organized, productive, and efficient. This is a great app.

Todoist is super easy to set up and use. It's very intuitive, but it also has some features that go beyond just the basics of a "To Do" list. The more advanced features like tags and categorizing will require a time investment to learn. If you want that level of organization it's worth the effort.

We like that Todoist is a cross platform app.

The Gmail integration wasn't as useful as I'd hoped.

I love how easy it is to create and edit tasks and projects. There's also the capability to give access to certain people, not everyone. The notifications pop up on my phone and calendar, it's great.

Not much I don't like about it except the fun features are additional costs. But Tiago's gotta make money somehow!!

Todoist task field are neatly set up making it easy to break down work into small tasks for easier control and tracking. I like the user-friendly interface which makes it easy and quick to navigate through my tasks. It is easy to setup reminders which keeps me on alert about upcoming tasks and ensure all my tasks have been finished. Todoist has strong security functions that keeps my personal data secure and private.

I have not experienced any cons with Todoist. All the features are performing to my fulfillment.

The upcoming view is my to-go so I can see my todo list for the week and any overdue tasks. Being able to make tasks reoccuring is 1 of my favourite features. The mobile app is great for adding items while on the go.

I don't have many cons about using Todoist so far. My only con would be only wanting 1 way sync with my calendar. I think with the recent upgrade, the only option now is 2 way.
