We switched from the desktop version of inflow.

We use MacOS/IOS as a company and were growing concerned that we would have to switch platforms completely to allow our team "cloud" access to our inventory and invoicing.

The new interface makes the transition very simply and gives us the full functionality we need on our operating systems.

We would like to see the continued development of the web app

It is a one-stop shop for controlling everything stock related in a business. We could literally not exist without Inflow

Would love to permanently delete old products and clients

Easy-to-use inventory tracking with helpful automation.

Limited reporting options in the basic plan.

I use the generated reports for my quarterly cycle counts to reduce shrinkage and better control of inventory movement. Tracking purchase and sales orders has helped our team minimize material shortages in the field, resulting in a positive customer experience.

Some reports lack the complete information I need, requiring me to compile multiple reports into a single Excel file to get a comprehensive view.

The user interface (after becoming familiar) is very easy to navigate and to operate.

The way email get sent, I'd much rather have the "invoices" or "purchase orders" become a pdf when submitting them to a vendor.

I've been using Inflow inventory management software for the past two years, and it has significantly streamlined our inventory processes. The interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for our team to learn and use without extensive training. The real-time tracking feature has improved our inventory accuracy and reduced the time spent on manual stock checks.

Customer support has been excellent, with prompt responses and helpful solutions whenever we've had questions. Overall, Inflow has become an indispensable tool for our business, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient inventory management solution.

The only negative we have found is with the Inflow Cloud App. It would be great if it had more functionality. Inability to add and see attachments on a sales order is not a deal breaker but would be a nice addition for future app updates.

A highly functional platform that assists us in tracking both incoming and outgoing stock.

The mobile app requires further development. A couple of notable issues include difficulties with barcode scanning and instances where the application crashes or fails to allow user sign-in.

It’s ease of use and ability for us to train new employees quickly.

Would like to see the ability to do multiple units if measurement. Knowing how many pallets is great, however knowing pallet and piece counts simultaneously would be even better.

Ease of use. Excellent online training videos. Versatility. It was easy to adapt InFlow into our established business procedures.

This might just be me not figuring it out, but we handle an extensive number of unique inventory items. In the current stock view I do not want to see all of the items with 0 inventory

InFlow has been with us from the beginning. It's an intuitive system with great support and endless information available online. It's as complex as you want it to be.

Struggling with setting up the correct tax codes for transfer into Quickbooks. We've not come to grips with all the data transfer between the two softwares, so it requires tidying up in QB.

Pros: Superior Support with real humans. This is a company that you can actual talk to real humans that are knowledgeable and can quickly resolve any issue. You can tell immediately you are not talking to someone reading a script on how to resolve an issue. They know and resolve.

I wasn't a fan of moving to the cloud. We have not had any issues though.

We’re a small wholesaler. This was very easy for us to set up. Helps us keep on top of all our orders.

Not sure if it integrates with our other software. We often find we have to duplicate work from Sage.

Easy to use and simple. Love the app on windows, hope that stays forever!

Don't like how different the cloud version is compared to the app. The app is so much more user friendly.

Tracking order progress and paperless inventory have been a game changer for my business.

Platform sync didn't always update across all of my devices

Inflow Inventory is highly intuitive. I didn't have to scratch my head on how to navigate from point A to B on the app.

I can't really think of any as it met all my requirements.

The sales personsel helping me out was very great to work with. he responded quickly and answered all my questions.

We do construction and have non standard workflow with that in our warehouse. Because of this the software did not quite seem to be the perfect match.

InFlow has been one of the easiest inventory programs to work with. Not only is it easy to use, it is always updating with features from skus management, multiple locations inventory control, ordering and third party features and intergration.

We were an early adopter of InFlow before they had all the bugs worked out and we paid for a full program years ago but since then that program is no longer available for free, we really liked the afforable aspect back when we purchased it as a total package. Not necessarily a con but more or less just times changing and technology changing and us being early on, not ready to pay for another upgrade so to speak.

I liked that it was affordable, did not require that you pay a monthly subscription (for the offline version) and that it was more intuitive than most I've tried. The new integrated barcode feature of the cloud product brings this to the level of $10,000 systems I have used in the past.

The biggest con with both versions of this software is the inability to handle multiple warehouses properly. If an item you have is in multiple locations, it treats those locations as different bins on the same shelf, so it will not tell you that you need to order more for warehouse "A" of there is enough in warehouse "B,C,D" to meet the min/max criteria. This requires you to use different part numbers for the same thing in each warehouse, which is doable but annoying when it comes to transferring between warehouses and labelling.
