It has push notifications for shifts and a downloadable app.

i find it a little costly to be honest so I would consider other options.

Allocating shifts to employees has been easy and the software is easy to use.

Sometimes the app and desktop site don't update properly.

Staff find it more straight forward to use, it has reminders on and no one misses there shifts. No one writes over and or can amend without permission and its cleaner and tidier

over complicated in areas such as booking holiday and leave entitlement. Almost too many tabs and variations without little understanding

I like the interface, it's ideal for what we need.

We would like activity logs and to be able to schedule further into the future, but it's very expensive for a small team.

Roster and Timesheets are very easy to use.

At the beginning it was a bit hard for me to put all the data in but I just needed to play around more with the website and it is now all god.

No issues to be honest - the real time access and ability to cut and paste meets our requirements.

When inputting shifts it is very time consuming as nothing is saved.

The scheduling format is very simple and intuitive. I've used it for two different businesses, one only employing up to 10 people and one that employed 60+ and found it just as useful for both.

It's only minor - I've received feedback from the team that they don't appreciate the reminders about upcoming shifts especially when it comes through on their scheduled days off. If this feature could be an opt-in rather than opt-out that would help.

Easy to use for both staff and management. Everything in one place and all staff schedules instantly visible. Very useful for working out monthly wages.

I have found no cons when using Findmyshift, nor have my staff

I like being able to see weeks at a time, add holidays and count sick, it's great staff have the app and know what they're doing

Typing things in wrong - I've almost paid people for 1 hour between 9 and 10am rather than their 9am-10pm shift

Rota scheduling & timesheeting is essential to our business the tool is generally easy to use, but has some odd functionality issues that could be improved.

there is no integration technically to, for example, our payroll. this is therefore a manually intensive process - better calculations for holiday and sick pay rates would be a godsend for the hospitality industry who pay hourly rates and therefore holiday and sick pay has to be manually calculated every month - tedious

It's usability and app is great for both management and staff.

It would be great if they could introduce AI to generate a rota based on the availability of staff.

Customisability and the ability for staff to see their schedules. And that we can easily change shifts for flexibility as we often have changes

We would like to be able to separate departments a bit better. it is nice that we can put the facility under their shift. but for ease of access, it'd be nice to be able to separate staff into separate lists so separate team leaders can see their staff in a concise list. but some staff work in multiple departments

Great for budgeting and reports. Real time reporting also very useful

Find it more difficult to use features if not on a laptop

The ease of use. The fact that it was free for up to 5 users helped us save cost when we started our business for at least 6-8 months.

There is no team group communication system to make it seamless for staff communication

Employeed like the app for ease of use (holiday requests / shift requests / clocking in & out)

We would like an easier way to record hours accrued for working bank holidays and a way for the staff to easily see a list of hours deducted for each individual absence

Love the time clock feature for accurately tracking hours worked and calculating payroll hours. Making schedules is quick and easy, and our employees appreciate that they get instant notifications when changes are made, and that they can check their schedules from anywhere.

Only minor irritation is that the time clock feature we use on a tablet sometimes signs out the administrator account and staff miss clocking in as a result, so we still occasionally have to track hours on paper. It would be great if the administrator received some kind of notification that the time clock has been logged out so we can fix it before an employee alerts us.

mobile app is not user firendly with regards to shift management not as good as the web browser version

It is very simple and easy to use, especially when using to calculate wages for my company.

It is very expensive overall compared to other systems.

I love the connivence of find my shift, and the hands on functions it offers.

Not knowing all the functions i can know. I would like for there to be a tutorial option.
