It provides systematic data preservation and migration capabilities to archive workspace emails to local storage or to alternative email platforms. The application addresses the needs of IT administrators and business professionals seeking offline copies of GoDaddy communications or transitions to different email services.\n\nThe software supports a range of output formats including PST, MSG, EML, EMLX, MBOX, PDF, HTML, MHTML, DOC, DOCX, PNG, JPG, GIF and TIFF. It enables direct migration of GoDaddy workspace emails to cloud based email clients such as Gmail, Office three sixty five, Yahoo Mail, Hotmail, iCloud, Yandex Mail, Zoho Mail, HostGator Email, Thunderbird, AOL, Opera Mail and IMAP accounts. Its mail filter feature allows specifying start and end dates for selective email extraction. A duplicate removal function identifies emails with identical sender, recipient, subject and content fields and eliminates redundant items. An incremental backup option skips previously migrated items during subsequent operations. The software also allows separate saving of PDF attachments when exporting emails in PDF format.\n\nThe application preserves the original folder hierarchy and internal mailbox structure throughout backup and migration operations. It provides an option to delete emails from the GoDaddy workspace after backup completion to free up server space. Users can configure custom folder names and specify destination paths for saved files. A preview feature enables inspection of mailbox items prior to initiating backup processes. The tool can perform backups without including attachments when this option is selected.\n\nThe GoDaddy Email Backup Tool operates as a standalone Windows application compatible with Windows ten and earlier versions requiring two hundred fifteen megabytes of disk space for installation. It utilizes Modern Authentication protocols for secure connection to GoDaddy accounts and requires GoDaddy workspace or Office three sixty five credentials. Admin consent is necessary for organization wide permissions beyond single user data access. The demo version allows evaluation of all features with a limitation of fifty emails per folder while the licensed version permits unrestricted backup and migration operations. All backup processes are executed locally on the user system without routing email data through external servers.","image":"https://gdm-catalog-fmapi-prod.imgix.net/ProductScreenshot/da14baa7-11a3-4384-bd9f-9b6e4e1bcc06.webp","url":"https://www.getapp.ca/software/2085237/cigati-godaddy-email-backup-tool","@id":"https://www.getapp.ca/software/2085237/cigati-godaddy-email-backup-tool#software","@type":"SoftwareApplication","publisher":{"@id":"https://www.getapp.ca/#organization"},"applicationCategory":"BusinessApplication","offers":{"price":"49","@type":"Offer","priceCurrency":"USD"},"operatingSystem":"Apple, Windows, Windows on premise"},{"@id":"https://www.getapp.ca/compare/90762/2085237/drive/vs/cigati-godaddy-email-backup-tool#breadcrumblist","@type":"BreadcrumbList","itemListElement":[{"name":"Home","position":1,"item":"/","@type":"ListItem"},{"name":"Document Management Software","position":2,"item":"/directory/284/document-management/software","@type":"ListItem"},{"name":"Google Drive vs Cigati GoDaddy Email Backup Tool","position":3,"item":"https://www.getapp.ca/compare/90762/2085237/drive/vs/cigati-godaddy-email-backup-tool","@type":"ListItem"}]}]}
